WIC provides appropriate referrals, nutrition education and checks for specific nutritious supplemental foods such as milk, cheese, cereal, peanut butter, beans, fruit, juice and formula for low income pregnant and breast feeding women, infants and children up to 5 years old. Must be a Mass resident and meet income guidelines.
